On 30th September, 2011, Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung approved the national housing development strategy to year 2020 and vision to 2030 at Decision No 2127/QD-TTg.

Thuy Duong-Duc Binh Trading Joint Stock Company on Sunday broke ground for TDB Parkson Shopping Center at 18E, Cong Hoa street, Tan Binh district, Ho Chi Minh City.

The Rex Hotel now is upgrading a section of its premises on Pasteur Street in downtown Ho Chi Minh City with total investment funds of up to VND327 billion and plans to put the area into operation in October this year.
